- We are design/build contractors
We are a special type of general
contractor known as a design-build firm, which means we coordinate the
entire job for an owner including the project design and engineering. We
work with the owner from the first planning stages through project
completion. We plan and design the building with the owner; order the steel
building, insulation, overhead doors, and other materials; prepare the site
for the building; construct the foundation; erect the building; and hire and
supervise sub-contractors to perform certain specialized types of work, for
example, plumbing, heating, and electrical. All architectural and
engineering work required is done by arrangement with our licensed
consultants. This system has proven to be successful, convenient, and
economical for owners. It reduces the number of parties with whom the owner
must deal, and perhaps most importantly, allows us to use the experience we
have gained in the construction of more than 700 buildings over the last 32
years in the design process of each new project. The value of the building
projects we have done to date exceeds $65 million.

We are general contractors, thus
we usually perform many types of work on a specific building project.
- We are steel erectors
1. We have our own steel erection crews. We do our own steel erection
work.
2. We also
sub-contract our steel erection crews to other general contractors and steel
building dealers to erect metal buildings on their projects. We have a
list available of some of our steel erection
projects.
