Dean L. Palmer, owner and general manager
Dean served four years in the United States Army, including a tour of duty in Vietnam. He studied at Ricks College. He is married with 7 children and lives in Rexburg, Idaho. He has over 30 years experience in the construction industry and started our company in 1972.
Dustin Palmer, sales manager
Dustin graduated in Business Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho. He has worked in this business for his father (Dean) ever since he was a teenager. He is married with two children and lives in Rexburg, Idaho.
Lexie Kunz, office manager
Lexie has a degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho in business. Lexie handles most of Tri-Steel's everyday office work and manages everything form employment to individual project management. She is married and lives in Rexburg, Idaho.

Dave Rasmussen, Project Manager
Dave is our individual project manager and will handle projects from start to finish. He has 35 years experience in the Construction Industry. Dave lives in Rexburg, Idaho.
