We consider our work area to be the Intermountain West area of the United States. Most of our work is located in the states of Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Utah and Wyoming. But we have constructed buildings in many other states also. The states of Colorado, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming do not require contractors to be licensed for private construction work. We do have city contractors licenses in these states as required. We are licensed in the State of Utah under the classification: S322 - Metal Building Erection Contractor. Our license No. is: 380947-5501. The scope of work of a licensee in this classification is: Erection of pre-fabricated metal structures including concrete foundation and footings, grading, and surface preparation. Given the right job, and in accordance with local contractors licensing requirements, we will work anywhere. For example, we have a current contractors license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Or, for another example, in 1999 we supplied and erected a 150' x 100' aircraft hanger in Nashua, New Hampshire (New Hampshire does not require a state contractors license). |
